RETURN POLICY
You may return all unopened and undamaged items purchased at oriceylon.com within 30 days of the order date. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will equal the actual charged shipping rate or in the case of free shipping promotion a fee equal to 10% of your order (whichever is greater). Opened items are not eligible for returns.

If the return is due to our error or if the item is defective we will refund the original shipping cost and pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via e-mail for a return shipping label in these cases. This applies only to returns that are defective. The customer must pay for all other returns.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Sale items are final and are not eligible for return. Returns must be made in the original or comparable packaging and sent to the following address:
